Jeff King featured in PTDA Transmissions - Volume 3

E-Commerce is a hot topic among industrial distributors these days.  PTDA recently covered the topic in their publication, Transmissions - Volume 3.  Bearing Service, Inc.'s Director of Marketing and Commodity Services, Jeff King was featured in the article.  

“If customers only utilize the online portal, it potentially minimizes our ability to offer alternative solutions to their need if they do not believe we have the exact product they are looking for in stock,” stated Jeff King, director of marketing, Bearing Service Inc., as one of their concerns in enhancing their e-commerce website. “However, offering online ordering features can be beneficial in that it creates more opportunity for efficiencies, which means less time is devoted to order entry and more time is spent creating and providing additional services to our customers,” said King.
