Spindle Repair

  • Maximum RPM
  • Lubrication type used (grease, oil system - specify oil jet, mist, etc.)
  • Why you called us - what do you think is wrong?
  • Type of service needed - emergency (days) or normal repair lead time (weeks)

Bearing Service will make arrangements to pick up your spindle at your facility or it can be dropped off at any of our five branch locations. A typical repair process would include:

  • Inspection & diagnosis of damage
  • Estimate of repair cost
  • Repair of spindle
    • Recertify accuracy of all critical dimensions
    • Replacement of bearings

    • Reassembly
    • Run-in
