Cross Rollers

Crossed rollers offer 2-1/2 times the load carrying capability of equal sized ball bearings and up to 5 times the life. Crossed rollers are utilized in linear motion applications where repeatability, precision, low friction and starting force are critical. Cross rollers and rails are made of hardened steel and the surfaces are precision ground. Applications that commonly utilize cross rollers include precision instruments, office and communication equipment, grinders, fixtures and pivot and pedestal.
