V-Track Rollers, commonly referred to as Track Rollers or Load Runners, are idler-rollers specially designed to tolerate both radial and thrust loads for heavy-duty applications. V-Track Rollers utilize tapered roller bearings or deep groove ball bearings instead of needle rollers like traditional cam followers. A characterizations of a V-Track Roller is the thick walled outer rings that run directly on a track, allowing for high load carrying capacity and minimizing distortion and bending stresses.
V-Track Rollers are known for high capacity and accuracy for linear motion applications, such as material handling and indexing. V-Track Rollers are available in various styles, such as v-groove, flanged and plain, channel and I-Beam. Bearing Service stocks both inch and metric V-Track Rollers. Please contact a Bearing Service representative to assist in locating the right V-Track Roller for your application.
